This is the prayer and intercessory arm of this Ministry that handles all prayer requests with the commitment to see the name of the Lord glorified in all situations and circumstances. In line with the vision of the Ministry as stated in Isaiah 61; we like to see people live victoriously as champions. We like to see people enjoy all of the divine provisions unhindered. We like to see all yokes destroyed in every life since the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ has taken away all bondage.
“And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor:
therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him.”
(Is. 59:16)
“I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and
giving of thanks be made for all men: For kings: and for all that are in authority: that we
may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and
acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved and to
come unto the knowledge of the truth.” (1 Ti 2:1-4)
The Yoke Destroyers International is the prayer and intercession arm of the Glorious
Light Christian Ministries Inc. The Lord has given us the mandate to pray and intercede
for nations and all men. From time to time the Almighty and everlasting God in His
infinite mercies shares His will concerning both present and future events with us: He
equally exposes the plans of the devil who is the god of this age whilst creating a spiritual
awakening for all believers to stand in the gap to destroy his works. We strongly believe
that the information God shares with us must be extended to the whole body of Christ.
Things are evidently happening in the world today as recorded in the Scriptures. Nations
are rising up against nations and kingdoms against kingdoms; earthquakes, hurricanes
and other natural events are being recorded in some nations. The level of corruption in
the days of Noah is being witnessed in our own days; if not more. It is time to arise and
wake up from spiritual slumber since we are the hands and feet of Jesus Christ today. We
are saved to serve and to do great exploits in His vineyard.
“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray,
and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways: then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” (2 Chr. 7:14)
It is the mind of God for believers to dwell together in unity. It is also evident today that
Satan is fighting really hard to keep the body apart through spiritual blindness; lack of
understanding of God’s own kind of love and being oblivious of other divine
requirements for heaven’s candidature. In most cases; the devil has used the weapon of
denomination, envy, competition, jealousy, the love of money; other lusts of the eyes,
lusts of the flesh and the pride of life to create a well plastered wall of partition between
brethren; so that most places of worship can quality for demonic cults. Amazingly sin is
being celebrated whilst other verbs and adjectives are being substituted for biblical words
to cover up sin in some places of worship today. THIS IS WRETCHED! We need to
urgently and consistently pray for the body of Christ to awake unto righteousness and sin
not (1 Co. 15:34) and to pull down the gadgets of oppression and affliction mounted by
the wicked one to create disunity and lack of focus in the body.
“Behold, How good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in
unity!” (Ps. 133:1)
“For we being many are one bread, and one body: for we are all partakers of that
one bread.” (1 Co. 10:17)
“For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle
wall of partition between us:”
The Bible admonishes us to pray without season and that it is the effectual and fervent
prayers of a righteous man that is always result-oriented (Jam. 5:16). The Holy Spirit is
our helper that empowers us to pray the kind of prayers and supplications that would
touch the throne of God. Jesus Christ is the way that leads to perfection and we need to
walk worthy of our vocation and serve Him diligently since we have been called unto His
Kingdom and glory. We have the assurance as children of the living God that when we
sincerely lift up our voices in prayer and intercession; the Lord will answer us according
to His will and purpose. Believers joining together in one accord to pray and intercede
will definitely advance the Kingdom of God and pull down the strongholds of the devil.
“Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should
pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which
cannot be uttered.:” (Ro. 8:26)
We must allow this prayer revival to first begin in us by approaching the assignment with
pure and genuine motives and being armed with the biblical truth that without having the
spiritually recommended level of faith; we cannot please God. We also need to make
adequate spiritual preparations in ensuring that we walk worthy of our vocation and that
we are constantly bringing forth fruits worthy of repentance. I am extending an invitation
to all Spirit filled and led children of God to be part of this prayer and intercession move
whilst praying through to breakthrough for nations and all mankind.
