Counseling as a vocation is not a new phenomenon in the development of man and the spiritual growth of Christians. The greatest and the best counselor is the Lord Jesus Christ as declared in the book of Isaiah 9: 6
“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given. And the government shall be upon his shoulder, and His name shall be called, wonderful, counselor, the mighty God, the everlasting father, prince of peace.”
As the counseling department of The Glorious Light Ministries we endeavor with the help of the Holy Spirit to provide Godly counsel in all its ramifications to our brothers and sisters in Christ. It should be a way of life for all the children of God to seek Godly counsel in their day-to-day activities .To achieve this goal and in line with the vision of the ministry we aim to carry out the following:

To lead others to establish a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. |

To help other Christians to get baptized with the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues. |

To show backslide Christians how to get back into fellowship n with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. |

To offer discipleship to other Christians so they would be established as trees of righteousness. |

To encourage fellow believers to study the word of God together by hosting a monthly bible study. |

To follow up with new converts. |
| » |
To endeavor to encourage one another by sending letters/ phone calls on a regular basis. |
| » |
To offer Godly counsel for troubled souls. |
| » |
To hold seminars and workshops that will propagate more spiritual growth. |
